Question to users taking statins

My doctor recently prescribed me Lovastatin at 20mg because my Test/Tren cycles have dramatically increased my LDL (by 50%) and lowered my HDL. On the other hand, my blood pressure has actually improved from 140 to 120.

My question is has anyone had negative experiences with statin affecting their strength/hypertrophy or quality of workouts?

I will also try to get a prescription for niacin and add fish oil into my diet.

I don't think there is much to modify in my diet besides decreasing my proportion of saturated fats. Almost all the fat I consumed used to be saturated, but now I am going to begin eating 60-100g of nuts per day.

I take about 250 mg test a week, blast with 500. My labs are perfect, cholesterol completely controled. Blood glucose high, but then im diabetic ii. Bilirubin a tad high. I take same med as you. Give it time,

Thanks for the feedback. Do you also take Coq10, by the way?

I'm going to try to modify my diet a little bit, too. I realized that almost all of the fat I was eating was saturated. I've decided that I'm going to cut my saturated fat intake to about 30-50% of total fats and consume the rest from nuts/seeds and olive oil. Also, I will have two glasses of red wine per day and maybe even up my protein intake a bit more. Also, my vitamin D level right now is only 36 - going to work on reaching 70.

To be honest, I think it's the tren that is having this effect on my cholesterol. Test seems pretty mild to be honest.

In any case, I will definitely be getting bloodwork more frequently now - every 12 weeks minimum.

Bro, of course its the tren. Get rid of that poison. Why are you taking that shit???
Tren certainly has some serious side-effects I read compared to other substances. What is your opinion of a decent substitute for tren? I don't want to run test alone.
