Eating food during the night.

I have been on the mend, for lack of a better term, but I have been dealing with sleep walking for a large portion of my life. I go through phases where I'll be found sitting in the kitchen or the living room. I've been found outside on our deck or walking around in a neighbors yard even. It's truly a strange thing.

For a period of time, maybe 5 years or so, this manifested itself into sleep eating. This actually became an issue for a multitude of reasons. My wife became used to corralling me and dragging me back to bed. I've been hurt falling, walking into things etc.

I know this doesn't correlate to the original post but I thought it would be fun to share. Enjoy your sleep folks lol.
I had similar experiences like this^^^ turns out it was linked to my binge drinking o_O I don't have an off switch so I just don't drink anymore and that equals no more nightly trips to IHOP that I don't 100% remember.

Mine unfortunately is directly connected to a real issue that resides inside of my fuzzy brain :( I will not get to far down into specifics but the types of issues that I had to deal with as a kid were a major contributing factor to a litany of problems in life.

The obvious question that comes to my mind is, how's your sleep?

That type of broken sleep would ruin me over time.

It does take you out easily come mid day to evening. I'm getting much better over the years. I think it's because I'm getting older or something. I was on medication for it for a decent while but it wasn't doing much. I am down to one or two nights a year now. It's generally very mild and I'm usually sitting in the kitchen or something. The wife drags me back to bed...

Just felt like the candle is lit on both ends when it was a normal thing...

i usually take aone hr nap during the day. But I wake up to eat and pee, every 1 and half hours approx. That would be half the week. The other half Is waking up every 2 hours to pee but I only eat twice.

I am on tren right now.

When I am training hard (on or off cycle) I am well hydrated so I am going to get up once or twice a night to piss anyway. Usually on on of those trip is will hit 2 cups of Fairlife milk and/or some cottage cheese.

Downing a glass of some liquid versus eating is comparing apples and oranges.
not when its fairlife milk. That shit is a meal in itself seriously packed with protein.

I drink 6 cups a day. at 13 g protein per cup and 20 grams carbs.
