Syringe Filters

Just looking for a good, semi fast syringe filter with both a male and female end so I can fill sterile vials.
I looked into bottletop but as a first operation I am looking to stay on a budget while staying sanitary. Only looking to filter about 1L of MCT and Cottonseed carrier. Thanks in advance.

Wow. Did you research at all? Sterile syringe filters at medlabsupply(dot)com
200ml max each. I do 100ml only through each.

yep I researched it just looking for first hand experience. Actually was ready to go bottletop until I tallied the final expense and effort and I figured I would rather start with a syringe filter setup. looking for specific units.

In Canada so if someone can recommend a specific unit I can look for it domestically

Why 1L? That much is going to suck with syringe filters. I would recommend starting smaller and scaling up to get a feel for what your doing and get all the mistakes out of the way.

So I talked to a friend who is a lab owner in Canada and he said go for the bottletop... So I got:


100 x 10mL open vials 20mm
100 x rubber stoppers
100 x flip cap aluminum casing
1 x Hand Crimper
12 x 500mL 0.22u Bottletop Filter with Bottle
1 x Hand Pump Brake Bleeder with Gauge
3 x 600mL Glass Flask
2 x Glass Stir Sticks
1 x 8oz Benzyl Alcohol
1 x 1L Benzyl Benzoate
1 x 1L Medical Grade Cottonseed Oil
1 x 200g Raw Testosterone Enanthate
4 x 60mL Syringe

A liter of BB AND BA? You use an extremely small amount of BA compared to BB. How much is all that gonna run ya?

cost me about 800 canadian and thats including the raws. no im not looking to start a lab just buying in bulk and not looking to fuck around with a syringe filter. maybe make some christmas gifts for a few bros

ba and bb are cheaper the more i get... I can still have the tools if I decide to grab some prop next time or another compound

When filtering put set your filter unit in a glass pyrex pan that way if the mefia vottle cracks you dont lose it all if you not watching you will just have to filter again

any idea how much oil I would be able to filter through a PSM (think thats the name)

I will normally use it for 500ml. Altgoigh before I start filtering I let the oil soak into the filter. I use an electric punp with a valve and I slowly increase the vacuum pressure. I may be wrong but I believe doing so kind of breaks the filter in and will help prolong its life.

I didn't see the 500ml media bottles and i would go gso over cso.

comes with the bottles. I do like cso personally. I may do a batch of gso and mct too.
