Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. Been working out pretty seriously for the last year and a half this time stopped for a couple years after an injury, just getting back in to it. I am 36 6ft and 190. Trying to put on some size, been on here for awhile, mainly just reading. Anyhow thanks for all the great onformation so far, and hours of entertainment, there are some pretty funny people on here.
