A pill that duplicates the effects of exercise?

Just heard on the news moments ago that there's a pill that mimics the effects of exercise in the heart. It increases blood flow to the heart or something that reduces heart decease ten fold.

There's got to be something up with this.
Anyone ever heard of this or got anything to help explain this claim? Hard to believe.

Not that whatever that is would work, but if it were, about 5.5 seconds after it's established that it works, the FDA would come down like a ton of bricks and block everyone from getting it.

People forget that the ONLY mandate the FDA really has is to establish the efficacy and safe dosage levels of medications. The rest is just bureaucratic land grab. Fuckers.
