TRT 4yrs. Gains stall even when Blasting! WTF

Hello guys,
Quick overview-
43yrs. old
Trt self administered 200mgs. 1 weekly no AI needed.
Weight 198
5'10"
12% body fat closer 14-15imo
Abs obliques visible w a little vascularity.
Anyways for the last year my Bench Press, Squat, can't do deads bcuz of hernia & slipped disc L4. And Milotary hasn't gone up more than 10-20lbs. In my big 3 compound movements.
When i blast always short esters 1 or twice a year. My go to compounds are Tren & NPP depending on goals. All run
8wks. I keep test at 250 and run Tren @400 and if im using NPP 450-600.
While on Tren my gains are extra strength, vascularity, lowered bodyfat and 2-3lbs muscle gained. With NPP increased joint relief, xtra strength, more weight gain but less vascularity.
After 8wks off cycle my gains deminish again leaving me in the same place.
Anyone else feel their gains diminish off cycle just not nearly as quickly as cycling?
Looking into a injectable Ment cycle next 50mgs a day 60days. And injectable methyltrienolone 2mgs. daily 30 days.
Please inform me if anyone else is contending w this sane problem?

Well my only recommendation which might not be the safest one would be

shorten your time off to 4 weeks and see where that goes. But someone might have a better idea.
 
Blast and cruise usually has no guide lines but only real reason to come off is to lower myostatin and blast again which only takes 4 weeks
 
I am 40. My strength has gone up every year since I started lifting 3 years ago. Maybe change up training routine.

Switching training is only if your getting board of it imo check your intensity out because if you want size that's may have to be something to increase. Paused reps, slower heavy reps, squeeze and feel everything just focus on a tempo and tearing your muscles to shit basically.

Ex my arms are shaking when I do lat pull downs because I control the weight at my max.

Your problem is your
A. Diet
B. Off cycle training regimen

Its a constant progression even off cycle just a much smaller one. You shouldnt be regressing if your cycling 2 times a year.

Really, I mean really? It can't be your training, diet or rest it must just mean you need more gear less breaks.

Don't give advice when you have no idea what you are talking about.
 
Haha well I guess this is why we ask how long someone has been working out for but I was thinking at 43 He has been working out for a while like more then 3 years. But that being said if that was the case and he had his training down pat and diet. Lots of guys blast with only 4 weeks at a trt dose

So u are going to love ment... 50mg is a decent dose... I like 30mg with NPP and Masteron or eq.... Are you eating enough? Also, with ment the gains are tough to keep... But 3d shoulders and traps are fun... (it's wet too, so have your ai ready) I have to eat so much more to gain weight on ment... Get ready to eat..

With 200mg test a week you should be holding most of your gains fairly easy, unless your gains on cycle were mostly water. A lot of guys jump on a cycle and eat like shit. They gain some size from extra glycogen and water, then come off and wonder what happend.

Yea I like where you are going with asking more questions and giving less advice.
 
Alot more reasons to come off than just MYOSTATIN lvls.
Which is easily the very least to be concerned with while blast n cruising.

Yeah I agree but you can also shorten up your blasts too if he is only taking 8 weeks off that's not doing much for health

True I do revert back to pre blast eatting habits usially 2-3wks. post blast bcuz i begin putting weight on probably due to less androgens in my system is what I've always chalked it up to.
I eat clean year round and never drink bcuz i was an alcoholic 7yrs. ago.
All inputs appreciated.

So your disappointed when you stop pinning tren you no longer look like your running tren?

I'm looking for a game changer cycle this round. Diet, Training and rest all in check maybe it's time to change compounds. Same 2 last several years.
Thinking on Trest ace 50day w Aromasin daily. Anyone have any input or feedback on this one?
