What you have done here is a 6-8 month novice progression. Nothing wrong with that, aside from the fact that you took 48 months to do it.

Thanks... that is decent advice... Do you know what the test i need is called?Honestly I think the only thing you have holding you back is time. Whether that be the fact you don't have enough time, because you're running two businesses, or you haven't spent enough time dieting and training.
I started seriously lifting when I was 19. Before then I just ran track. Some people react faster, some people it takes a bit more work. I don't really care what you do. It is your body.
I love testosterone, so I've decided I'm no longer going to tell people not to do it. It's not my place to tell you what you should and should not do.
Honestly what it comes down to is this:
Spend another year dieting and training and achieve your ideal physique, or take a cycle and get there faster.
The only thing I do recommend is getting blood tests done before, to establish baselines of your hormones. Then a test during to make sure it isn't destroying your organs, then a test after PCT to make sure you are recovered.

Hi,
I am a 29 year old male. I have been lifting consistently for 4 years now. I started at 100kg and bulked up to 115kg before cutting down to 87kg naturally.
My currant stats are: 6ft, 90kg, 17%body fat.
I train 6x per week. My goal WAS cut and achieve abs while looking as good as possible.
I am now day 13 into my first cycle. I am doing 2 injections of test e 2x per week. 250mg per injection. I am also taking 100mg anavar every day for 8 weeks. I will then stop the anavar, but continue with test e for a further 8 weeks. So that is a total of 8 weeks of anavar (6 weeks remaining, and 16 weeks of test e) I have clomid and tamoxifen for PCT which i will start to take 2 weeks after my final test e injection.
I originally wanted to cut but after posting on some forums everyone told me to drop the anavar, and just use the test e to bulk and not waste my first cycle on a cut.
So i have decided to take that advice apart from dropping the anavar. I am going to keep taking the anavar but have decided to bulk. My bulking numbers are: 210g protein, 385g carbs, 85g fat - 3145 calories per day. ( i beleive my tdee is ~2700)
my question is will i still make good gains. Would anyone change anything? I know anavar is typically used for cutting, but even taking it while on a bulk it will improve my gains right even if it is just by a little bit? it wont stop me from making gains right?
Any input, opinions/advice would be great!

What does your training routine look like??
Weather you're trying to bulk up or cut depends much more on your diet rather than which type of steroid you're taking..Eating in a calorie surplus= Weight gain..Calorie deficit= weight loss/ "cutting." My advice would be just taking the test-e since this is your very first cycle..if you're set on the anvar, I would recommend back loading it towards the end of your cycle..or even mid-cycle..say week 5...100mg is way too much in my opinion..you could definitely get by just fine on 50mg/a day.
As for PCT...Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50....2 weeks after your last test-e pin.

Seriously start doing more research. The whole web is there at your disposal to find all of this out...start looking up the drugs you're taking and why they were created/what the purpose was.
Completely agree bro. 50 would be fine. Shit Dbol or adrol would be better. My first post was ripping him about using at all. But all the newer members think I'm always a dick(usually I am), because I try and keep them safe and responsible. I don't want any of you ending up like me. But no one wants to listen to reason.

You have some good info out there and it's appreciated. I joined Meso in July because I was ready to get on the juice. After reading many posts and learning from others I am on hold, so much I thought I knew about AAS and didnt. I turn 40 next year and like you want to be around many years yet for my family. From a fellow gamer I wish you the best of health and again appreciate the great info you post along with many others. Nice to see veterans looking after the younger generation when it comes to AAS, even though the majority of them think they know better.
