15wk Test-E/Tren-E/EQ cycle

Impressive results. I'm 3 weeks in on Tren A 100mg EOD and agree that sometimes you feel like death but your results were totally worth it. Something tells me once you have had a few months off you will be contemplating another Tren run. Maybe not next run but you will be contemplating it :D

Definitely lol. Idk about next cycle but probably again but less than 200mg a week. That seems to be the sweet spot for me... no sides and good gains.

It would be nice if you can update after PCT to check how much gains you retain.
 
PCT completed.
I haven't lost any strength gains and can still do all my on cycle workouts. Actually i hit a PR on bench yesterday so still making gains.
I did up my HGH to 8iu a day starting PCT and noticed a big difference as opposed to 4iu, definitely increased vascularity and pumps.

Will be getting blood work in 2 weeks or so to see where I'm at.

Honestly the sides on Tren-E weren't terrible, manageable but I definitely didn't like them. I was only running 400mg wk too.
What bothered me most was the night sweats, insomnia and suppressed appetite. Overall I'd say it was worth it though.

I ate as clean as possible. Mosly egg whites, brown rice, beans, chicken, ground turkey, fish, asparagus, mixed veggies, sweet potatos, protein bars and a ton of whey protein shakes.

I even bought some weight gainer but I would mix half a shake instead of a full one to make sure I'm getting enough carbs and calories.

I honestly wasn't counting macros because I knew getting way more than I needed. I just made sure I was full and ate constantly but clean.

What were you doing for cardio?
How did you achieve so much definition in your core/abs without eating in a caloric deficit. What's your secret bro?
