Well, my 20s are done and I'm glad I learned the hard way and it's out of my system. When I went below 170 in weight, I saw that as a sign. (powder was my prob)
I quit the shit, got my life together, and started lifting. Now I'm at 230 while cruising. That was 4 and a half years ago. Big weight difference, but I was below what I should've even been at naturally and not lifting. Now I'm starting my blast Friday and looking to get to 240, but lean.
I'm glad I can say I don't even think about going back to that life because it took a while for me to be able to honestly say that with meaning. I still have small man syndrome and will never think I'm big enough lmao
