So I took a RMR test to see where my metabolism is. The results were good imo, but I have a question. The results stated that my metabolism is 11% faster than predicted (which is good) and my body uses 26% energy from carbs and 74% from fats.
It's good to know my metabolism is fast and knows how to use fats, but how can I adjust my macros to optimally burn the most fat?
Currently I am running a pretty substantial deficit with my macros at 265g P 142g C and 106g F (carbs and fat are alternatively lowered each week). My goal is to lose as much fat as possible and retain as much muscle as I can. Thanks
