Newb intro

Hello all, hope everyone is having a great day! idk a lot about forums, i read the shit out of them, but this is my first post so bear with me. Also if i drop the ball or break some rules, just lemme know. Some stats for you guys, since i hear thats the cool thing to do these days are as follows; age 24, hight: 5'11" weight: 198 itm, est BF%: 18-20 been lifting for 4 years consistently. Started at 200lbs@ 28%bf dropped to 134@9 climbed to 176@7% and gained too much weight with some recent hormone issues. Ill try and get back to any and everyone. If ya have questions ask away! More like the worst advice anyone can get. All the advice you are going to get here is to Run 500mg test / week. They advice EVERYONE the same thing regardless of goals or individual body composition LMAO.
