Dust in vials

I brewed for the first time yday made test e 300 %1 ba %12 BB was using syringe filters will post below it’s the last ever time they were horrible and I mean horrible I spent hours just to fill 6 vials and the things must of been getting clogged really fast because after 1 vial not even a full vial about 8ml it was getting super super hard to push and they always started to leak just a horrible experience so I still have stuff in my beaker wrapped with foil waiting for bottle top filter coming for me to finish it but 2 of the vials are really really dirty inside so am assuming the filter broke or was clogged up the other 5 vials are fine and seem to be really clean thinking am best just to take it out and put it back in the beaker and put it the the bottle top filter when it comes think it’s just dust because I was moving around to much and wasn’t taking as much care as I was at the start because I was super pissed of from being there for hours and hours and only had 5 vials full

Ye am Defo not going to haha wanting to put it in with the other stuff and re filter throw the bottle top but don’t want that stuff in with the rest of the stuff in the beaker cause that stuffs clean and even though it’s still going to get filtered don’t really wanna mix it together just incase it doesn’t filter out might just bin it

sadly I though that to I wiped it loads of times but it’s still there haha Defo inside filter must of been fucked or broke

They weren’t sealed sterile vials i sterilised them myself but I know how it happened now anyway haha just going to bin it sitting talking to my girlfreind here saying I can’t understand how one vial has it and the others don’t and turns out when I went to the toilet she said she spilled some on the bunker cause she was helping me fill them she said she spilled some but she though the bunker was clean so sucked it back up and put it into the vial she though it was clean think next time I’ll do it all myself

Lol that's funny. I didn't think they were sealed sterile vials. The didn't look it. But that would have prevented any dust.

Unless, like you said syringe filter sucks, I ended up accidently pushing the whole needle into one of my vials (plastic part and all).

There's been a ton of times I thought my gear was fucked but it ended up being dust on the outside, a lot of times on the opposite side I'm looking at. But if you're sure it's not the outside that sucks.

Unless, like you said syringe filter sucks, I ended up accidently pushing the whole needle into one of my vials (plastic part and all).

Ye my girlfreind was helping me cause I was lossing my shit at how long it was taking to filter throw lol and she had washed all the bunker down with bleach soloution and then rinsed down so when she spilled it she though it would be clean to put back in she said haha she doesn’t know any better it’s kinda shit but I’ll just throw it in the bin I think haha but the syringe filters I had were terrible never again

Ye I know I kept trying to wipe the glass but naw it’s Defo on the inside sadly once I got all my other stuff filtered and the stuff that is still in the beaker I might put in throw my bottle top filter after everything else is done and see how it looks
