Nothing much. Looking to get back in the gym. I lost 25 lbs since I got locked up 3 months ago. The calorie count could not have been more than 2000_2500. What there was was all starch . 15 grams of protein is what I'm guessing.
I'm staying the hell out of jail in the future. I'm going to be a good citizen all except my trt and 2 10 week cycles each year.
