Hello, first a big thanks for the huge source of information i’m finding here.

I am a 45 yrs old, European Olympic weightlifter, VERY committed to the sport, actually trainer in a gym.

My background is I’m a licensed chiropractor for 20 years now so the body has always been a great source of interest, if not the main, besides motorcycle and outdoors.

I started BB at age 15, so I’ve been training VERY consistently for 30 years, never stopped except for injuries. Now my interest for BB has disappeared for OL weightlifting that I just love and started 10 years ago. I am reading every book there is and will attend all the official classes that the national federation offers. My best lifts are 112/135. I’m very interested to know about the American weightlifting’s style and technique although the results are not there yet.

Actually I’m recovering from a minor quad tear that happened 2 months ago…
MOREOVER, I am interested about knowing about what drugs could improve strength…AND beat the tests.

Let's put more info here!

10% body fat, just got tested
