BTW, any suggestions on quality protein powder that ISN'T flavored?
I'm not a chocolate guy, and I hate vanilla - the Syntha-6 strawberry version is ok, but now I see that it's not the greatest powder.
What to do?
Truenutrition
Thanks
Wow, so many options.... which did you pick?
I'm looking at getting 16lbs of this one :

It only fools Kjeldahl.Protein spiking is the Shady practice of supplement companies to replace the expensive protein in your powder with other amino acids or creatine or taurine to fool the nitrogen test to say that label claims are accurate when in fact they are not
What i have read is that these are cheaper than the proteinIt only fools Kjeldahl.
This is actually one thing that amino acid analysis is good for.
But... are creatine and taurine not more expensive than regular protein?
...melamine is used for that and it had been a pretty big thing before more modern methods than kjendahl were used.... using amino acids for spiking makes little sense to me economically... just spike with melamine or random cheap plant isolate
I'm not 100% sure, that's why I had written it as a question. What i have read is that these are cheaper than the protein
That’s a good one. I️ personally prefer the team skip blend.
I️ would go with a few different flavors just in case u don’t like the one you picked. I️ think they would still give you the discount as long as you stick to the same protein type. I️ have a discount code if u need one.
