You should be fine if you only toked as you described, plus you have little body fat which is where it (thc) likes to live. Just drink a shit ton of water tonight and then follow instructions on the drink tomorrow. I'd personally skip the preworkout. Less is more maybe. The drink will give the urine what it needs to pass and throw zero red flags IME. Worked for me 3 times. GL and keep us posted. Plus we live an active lifestyle.
