Making the switch to powerlifting, Gobuckeyes 2017 log

Probably going to stop this log and start a new one at the beginning of the year with my goals for the year and where I’m at currently. I’m definitely happy with the progress I’ve made this year, it was a learning experience. No way did I ever think lifting was so technical. Right now my 1 rep maxes are, 460 squat, 360 bench, 525 deadlift and 225 overhead press at 232 lbs. Ima still be around just not logging my workouts untill the start of the year. Go Buckeyes!!!
 
Only updating this bc I cut my hand and I’m out of the gym until my stitches come out. Well ima do legs still but idk about upper body. I cut my finger open and have 5 stitches on it. I cut it opening a can of dog food of all things.
 
Thanks man. I felt like a retard as soon as I did it. I waited 7 hours to see if it would quit bleeding, no luck. Had to go to urgent care.
Had something like that but with a jigsaw that kicked back and slashed my thumb while cutting a sink opening on a new kitchen countertop. That shit sucked and I was cussing every 4 letter word under the sun that can make a sailor blush.
