High protein steamers

Just thought I'd share some good things with my Meso Brothers. I'm doing some meal prep. Picked up some steamers at WM yesterday. This particular brand has several bags of veggies and pastas that are high as shit in protein. Some are 22-25 grams a bag. Add some grilled chicken or fish and you got some seriously good eats right there big dogs.

The high protein steamers title made me think that you were having digestive issues. :D

Look's good. i'm with the consensus here, but i'd swap the salmon for tilapia. (Could eat it all day, every day.)

I never go shopping so I don't know about stuff like this. Thanks for sharing. My wife is at the store now and I just told her to buy a ton of them.
