It's not pd. But keep in mind if pd and TP don't have meditropes, they likely won't ether

It same email, same price, same labels on the grey tops, same cost and they won’t ship international to my zip only domestic.
Same a PD. Maybe not the same but associated? Not saying it is, but a lot of similarities??

Id dont think they have any affiliation w/ pd , but are just another reseller of blacks and greys . Ive used them quite a few times when they get stuff in stock domestic (which is pretty infrequently ), and they have always came through with good turnaround time . They use to be a reddit source which kinda sketched me our at first , but i havent had a problem yet fwiw.. just make sure you pay via bitcoin unless you want to wait a week + for them to pick your money up , thats my only gripe with them so far ...
Edit: but to be fair they tell you up front they arent quick about picking up funds .

Ok that makes sense if there another reseller.
Doesn't look like the same format to me man... It's just grey tops and Meditrope that are the same but you can get those pics off Google. PD doesn't carry yellow tops either last I checked.
If the price is the same, go with PD. I didn't compare price but it looks reasonable.

That's not the same provider as PD unless he changed it recently or added one I'm unaware of.

Sorry I know there isn’t, it was PD webpage link not website. Ha I can’t find it for the life of me. I think it was a link on roidforums, but of course it’s not up and running right now. It’s how I actually first contacted him.
And @tutanota was the provider, but i think it’s used for encrypted emails which is common.
I can try to find it later it doesn’t really matter anyway. PD is on point and I would rather go through him anyway.

So the stuff they sell is legit from what you can tell? Domestic blacks appear comparable to PD, at least the last price quote I received from PD, and it appears you can buy 1 kit vs. PD.
