Basic science question re trt

This is going to sound stupid but I struggle with coming off trt mainly for the thought of getting my natural test back even though I was never above 388 natural in my life...
I think I like the idea of my hpta working, not shutting down an organ (my testes etc) and I often think it's more natural/safer than being on synthetic test...that is, why does my natural test not raise my hematocrit but synthetic does?

Anyway, I hate coming off, so my question is, doing hcg while on trt serves the same function right? My testes still work in a sense while I have extra test in me, best of both worlds I guess. Am I missing something? Should I come off or is that stupid? Not sure why I struggle with this...

Your hypothalamus stays dormant with hcg. The only thing that might keep your hypothalamus running on cycle is naloxone. I've never run naloxone or clomid on cycle. Maybe blood work can shed light if running them on cycle keep the pituitary producing lh and fsh

Side effects of running such compounds for extended periods of time might be a risk to consider tho

Because your natural amount of running test in your blood is only 388 and not 1500+ like when cycling 250mgs test/ week

250mg isn't a TRT dose. You're a moron of half truths. A starting point dose of most, if not all TRT docs is 200mg. Followed up by blood work to check levels.

You have some boner up your ass for 100mg of test. You've stated it over and over again. You've also made statements of fact for various topics that are not true. You've also stated you've taken certain compounds for "contest prep", yet you've failed to ever post a pic. You are a liar or a troll. Fuck off, thank you.

I run 26 mg SQ every 3 days, hcg 120 units every 3 days, TT 550 and E2 29... no AI needed
Must be hcg then. I believe 120 you of hcg will spike your test in blood more than the 26mgs. Hcg also increases other hormones like estrogen.

The small bump in hormones is enough to rise your hematocrit.

Try a pct. Your testicles should be active. Give the hpta a jump start with nolva and clomid and monitor your blood levels. Never know how your body will react till you try it.

When you reach age you can get back on trt

So anyway, getting back to the OP,

Here is some info I admittedly copy and pasted from the internet

How to Manage Increased Blood Thickness (Hematocrit) Caused by Testosterone Replacement Therapy
Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Polycythemia
By Nelson Vergel, B.S.Ch.E., M.B.A.

Polycythemia is an excessive production of red blood cells. With polycythemia the blood becomes very viscous or "sticky," making it harder for the heart to pump. High blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks can occur.

The association between testosterone replacement therapy and polycythemia has been reported for the past few years as this therapy has become more mainstream. In addition to increasing muscle and sex drive, testosterone can increase the body's production of red blood cells. This hematopoietic (blood-building) effect could be a good thing for those with mild anemia.

Although all testosterone replacement products can increase the amount of red blood cells, the study showed a higher incidence of polycythemia in those using intramuscular testosterone than topical administration (testosterone patch was the main option used -- no gels). Smoking has also been associated with polycythemia and may contribute to the effects of other risk factors.

I'm almost 40 with 4 kids... still come off and pct?

How many years on TRT? Do you feel good on your current regime?
If you are feeling good and it's just your balls you are worried about then I would stick with TRT.
HRT is a good thing and we are lucky to have this option available. I'm 46 and had a T level of 280 ng/dl. Felt terrible. Been on TRT for several years and feel great. I personally do not like being below 600ng/dl and feel optimum at 900+ng/dl.
I get regular check ups with blood work, donate blood as frequent as allowed and am completely healthy. Balls have only shrunk slightly, they are still there and I do not use HCG.

No going back for me!

I'm almost 40 and TT in my life never above 388... 10 years ago was that lab.

I had a vericocelectomy 10 years ago and never checked after, but not sure if it be higher now cause the involved testicle is still atrophied a bit...
Now at 39, on trt for about a year and a half and love it, I just like the idea of having my natural balls back...
I'm doing 120 units hcg and my E2 is 29 without an AI
Balls still a little smaller but hate to push my hcg up as I hate to add an AI cause my cholesterol is not ideal, hdl is 38 (nl above 40) and ldl is 117...

I'm guessing since you went on TRT to begin with, you must have not felt good at 388. Is the size of your balls really that important? You a porn star? Single and concerned what the ladies will think?
Slightly smaller balls made dick appear bigger. Lol!

388 was 10 years ago.
Yes I felt like shit, my TT after 3 months post test deca was 17!

You don't have to. You are running a very healthy trt protocol. Your estrogen is under control and you should not see the side effects related to high dosages.

You didn't specify if your trt raises your hematocrit above normal levels or just a rise within normal levels ?

To be honest I'm not sure if it was trt or not, I ran a little deca blast last summer and hematocrit rose to 57! It's now 49 and I get phlebotomy weekly now. Will recheck in a month...

That's what it was most probably. You good now at 49
Trying to be safe now, running low test at 26 mg every 3 days, 120 units hcg every 3 days. TT 450 ish and E2 29. I know hcg is low but I really don't wanna add an AI as it lowers my hdl to much... I think my balls are normal size, not atrophied a ton at least
