Boxing and test?

im boxing 3 days a week, i hit the gym once. Im 195 pound, a little to heavy wanna be at 185 pound. So im looking into my diet, but i also wanna stand rock hard. So i was thinking about adding 250 mg test ew, i dont havefocus on weights, but pure boxing. Can i builf muscle with boxing and test, like i have described.

I typically train for 1-2 hours boxing, with alot of shadow boxing, bags, speed bag, crunches and medicine ball training.

Stats 21 years old, weight 195 lbs, 6 feet. Fat percent around 15.
 
The boxers and mma fighters i know use low dose cycles. Test prop, mast prop, eq, var or winnie are some examples of products used. Definitely low dose on the orals as the pumps associated with higher dose orals are counter productive to your training. Diet and training will be key to wether you cut weight or not. And weight training is a huge benifit to combat athletes. Workouts geared more towards full body movement and explosive training.

21 yo is pretty young to start cycling aas unless you plan on going pro.
 
If you are 195lbs at 15% BF it means you're carrying about 30lbs of fat. You can lose 10lbs of fat with nothing but a sensible diet.

No one needs steroids to get to 10% BF.

If anything you may want to look into fat loss aids.

Also, why do you want to be 185lbs? A LHW is 175lbs and a CW 200lbs. Make up your mind first about what weight class you want to compete in.

I don't recommend nothing but...
If you want to abuse the guys in the gym and make them look like bitches run injectable winstrol at 50mg/day for 4 weeks with 150mg test/week.


All steroids have side effects
 
Nothing like sore ass joins while boxing lol. Test prop eod should be more than enough to increase strength, endurance, aggression and metabolism.
 
If you're gonna cycle and run test, I'd do a minimum of 500mg/wk.

Not worth shutting yourself down for anything less than that, in my opinion.

That being said, losing weight is 95% diet.

50-75mgs prop eod is just fine for a first timer especially when he has no idea how his boxing will be affected by the gear. Just MHO.

I wouldn't shut myself down to run test prop @ 350mg/wk. I can tell you I'd be HIGHLY disappointed if I ran that dosage as my first cycle
 
Why injectable?
The effects are more pronounced with less liver damage. Painful injections tho.

If a boxer run 350mgs of test/week will ruin his career. It's going to gain so much weight with test. Boxers look for compounds that increase strength or stamina without the added weight. Same applies with basketball players.
 
To young for test you are probably making more then enough.As far as losing weight and gaining strength for heavier hands check out spartan bodyweight system app it is even set up similar to boxing rounds. Burpee mountain climbers bridges all kinds of strength mobility and speed.
 
I think its funny these threads always end when somebody says get a blood test!
I'm not sure what these guys think people are going to say? "YEa BrO run 500mg test and 350 per week of tren to kick everybodys ass!" Bodybuilder/powerlifter cycles will fuck a combat sport guy in a heart beat!
Low dose test, ie: 150-250 mg per week. Anything more will cause weight gain and increase in muscle mass. If jumping a weight class is the goal then thats fine but too much test will probably just slow you down. Too much will have a guy swinging for a hard crack everytime, wearing himself out and opening him up for a beating. EQ will help a lot with endurance and give mild strength increases. The EQ hunger increase may screw a weight class athlete if he cant handle it. Primo or Mast is another choice for muscle preservation while on a cut, although mast may have more sides.

You're 21. You should take a cycle of proper diet and lots of cardio.
Terrible advice. Take it from a guy who's trained with roid users in MMA while completly natural. Trying to compete in sports against enhanced athletes rather they be 18 years old or 50 you'll be at a disadvantage and I gaurentee it.

No the fuck they don't not outweigh the risk. Don't listen to this guy. Step in that ring with guys who are stronger faster and hit harder and receive brain damage early on. I swear some of you try too hard to sound wise up here and regergitate bs you hear other people say. Your competition is on gear so you should be also unless you want CTE!!!
