Skinless boneless whole chicken vs chicken breast s

Well, I started to buy a whole chicken which is cheaper than breasts and has more nutrients (200 g of protein per 2lb).

Your opinion? What do you prefer?

Chicken breasts. I prefer the leaner white meat for majority of my meals and don't have to fuck with removing the skin and bones. Sometimes I'll get skinless, boneless thigh meat as it has much more flavor imo.
I look for breasts on sale and usually can get it for less than $2 a pound.

A skinless, boneless WHOLE chicken? o_O

It depends on what I'm cooking but I lean towards thighs more than anything... Breasts are only good for certain dishes and the need cut correctly or they will be dry by the time they're cooked all the way through.

Lol. That's a limp bird

Yea I love thighs. Chicken breast are less of a hassle tho. It all starts tasting like shit at somepoint

I'm glad you didn't try 600 consecutive days with chicken breasts... I think that's how Ted Bundy got started.

Dahmer, wasn't it?

I have grown to really dislike chicken - the way I cook it anyway. I've started seasoning with cinnamon and all sorts of weird stuff to get rid of the smell. Almost enough to make one vegan.

Seems legit haha.

Yeah i did chicken breasts for awhile cuz of that old "chicken breasts and brown rice" cliche, but i quickly realized that the difference in macros is pretty much negligible, now i eat chicken rhighs and jasmine rice and i am a much happier person.

Don't know about a Skinless Chicken Farm but here is a Boneless one

Boneless chicken breast or tenderloins can be moist and delicious if prepared properly.

Cube the meat or cut into strips. Throw them in a Teflon skillet and season. I like Tony Chacheries and garlic powder on mine. Cook them down, while stirring slightly, until most of the liquid is cooked out of it. Then pour enough water in the skillet to cover all of the chicken. Cook this down, without stirring, until all liquid is gone and the juice has stuck to the bottom of the pan and become very dark brown. Add just enough water to loosen the browned juices from the pan and stir slightly until the water is almost cooked out then remove from heat.

My wife was a dark meat chicken lover until she ate this due to the dryness of white meat. Now she loves it this way.

Edit: if put into a sealed storage container while still warm and moist, the meat will remain moist and will not dry out while stored in the refrigerator
