What's up you all . I just got here, so don't know how to go about here yet. Appreciate help from OGs in Iron game. Been lurking around for a while , but couldn't get on because where I was I could only get to PC twice a week for 15 min. at a time. So now I am all good to go.
I never been on any board before, willing to get some knowledge and contribute to meso community.
I am 50 yo. Been in sport till 23yo, got on Olympic team. Then quit cause this sport didn't really pay and I had to make a living.
Still was in sport but not as before. Had to stop and start many times because I was pushing myself a lot and use to get a lot of broken bones and ripped muscles. Then my thyroid went hypo on me, I gained weight and end up 212 lb. Finally they find the right dosage and my weight start dropping and got down to 185 but I had 24% body fat. So 2 years ago I came back to where I always loved to be - gym. Two years since I am back, since then I got two cycles under my belt. Because I gained weight I was leaning out. On cycle I was 185, after water came off 163 - 165.
Because I had gain weight I was cutting. Now I am 175 lb. Height 5'9", waist 30, chest 42 -43, shoulders 18 ( flat , not round measurement) , 13% body fat. Looking to get better with some help from old heads here. Hope we all can get along.
