HGH & Water Retention

This question is for you more experienced HGH users. I started pinning HGH 3 weeks ago, 2iu first week, since then 3iu ed, Started with the sides right away, puffy hands and feet, slight headaches, And water retention. I've been on keto for 2 month, so low carb intake, been dropping 2 to 3 pounds almost every week but since HGH 3 weeks ago, I gained 10 pounds! My question is will the water retention subside over time,or should I go back to 2iu, or just deal with the water retention. I started adding magnesium to my diet to see if that would help. Also on test cyp for TRT, but had no issues with water retention with the test, been on test for 7 months. Any suggestions or just deal with it? Routine hasn't changed, weights and cardio 3 times a week.

It's the GH obviously as you know. I gain like 2-3 pounds a day up to a certain point and it will subside slightly after on for a while.

Once you drop the GH or drop the dosage your weight will drop.

Hi Mands, please, after how many time you start to retain water starting GH?
Is it possible that in bulking phase the water retention does't increase much the bodyweight because we already mantain an higher water level than in cutting phase?

Thankyou

If I understand your question correctly I start to put on "water weight" within the first couple days of starting GH.

Anecdotally I still will gain water on a bulk after start GH. For sake of conversation not as much but it's substantial in my experience.

Please understand that GH increases whole-body sodium retention via its effects on the renin angiotensin system.

One must make the necessary adjustments to their electrolyte balance to minimize extracellular water retention. Anecdotally, the use of non-FDA branded GH also tends to increase the likelihood of excess water retention.

I'm with 5iu ed since 2wk. I've noted a slight increase on water but the scale tell me no more than 1kg, from 103kg to 104kg. I feel more water at hands and feet level and a worsening of abdominal cramps and spasm, maybe from aas and/or salt imbalance

Maybe this water came from a bad anti-estrogen strategy....
