I've already sent out ten plus orders today. 6 more will be shipped tomorrow. 2 of those gentleman I spoke in length to and they sorted me out on how things work here. Meaning once blood come back stellar and folks are receiving their goods customers from here will flow in heavy. I'm not trying to be a dick but my sister's children give me less of a headache than some of these guys. Why keep starting shit where there is none? First of all, you pay no board fee here.
Second, I'm personally less concerned about scamming... Any monkey can brew gear, honestly. How you treat customers and deal with customer service is another issue.
Third, just like you said you're a regular guy brewing in your kitchen. Well, how are you going to meet demand in the event you do start getting real orders?
You're not familiar at all with internet sales, I don't think you're up to speed on security measures.
You're using labmax instead of lab analysis. Homebrewers on this board that don't even sell will have their raws tested so they aren't playing guessing games, you're overdosing and crossing your fingers.
Sterility? Who really knows. Only way you get people to take a chance is if you're professional, which you're not.

Yes we ship next day so those orders were yesterday's. I do not ship packs myself so being at work hasn't hindered that being done. As I stated in my opening post I have a rep but his key responsibility has been emails for now because I can hardly handle this mess here myself. He's contacted me via wickr on my lunch to inform me of the sales today.
