Obligatory intro..
39. 6'1". 8 months of cutting from 240/35% to 185/14%. Lifted heavily in 20s, got married had kids blah blah blah. Also fusing in lower lumbar. Seperated in April, focusing on fixing myself and my life. Was in depression deeply, hated my job, my ex, everything. Found solace in the silent clang of iron.
Have been on TRT 200mg/e7d four months. Changed to 100mg e3.5d a few weeks ago.
Nowhere near natural limits, still weak AF, but I figure I'm getting old and not going to wait ten years so fuck it. Test Cyp 250 mh e3.5d. Started Arimidex .5 e3.5d at same time. Only on second pin this morning. Probably cut the AI in another half next time, feeling like shit (no energy, lethargic). Will run for 16 weeks, then back to TRT.
Been trying to read as much as I can and learn. Having real issues with grip. Tennis elbow almost healed up from trying to much too fast. Strongly considering a cruise dose of deca (100mg) for joint pain. Pinching in left bi/tri during OHP.

Program is nSuns 531 LP 5 day. It is a powerlifting program that I am using as a BB program with the accessories I add. All lifts started as bar weight only last June. Just now making it to lifts I had in my 20s.
Just finished micro bulk 6 week at 2650 kcal, started 3 week micro cut at 2050. Planning on next bulk at 3200, as blast should be kicking in by then. Protein is BW, fat is 20-30%, rest is carb. Average is 40/25/35 p/f/c. Use MFP religiously. No special diet like keto or Paleo, just majority whole foods. Fast food is always just grilled chicken breast only, no fried foods. Diet soda only bad food habit.
