Time between Tren cycles

I use to use it in every cycle. Follow time on equals time off plus pct.
Thanks for your reply. I'm gonna get the bloods done next week and see where I stand. I had to leave work early today because I wanted to rip the operation managers head off. I told him what I thought of his smart mouth and he accused me of threatening him. Probably a good thing I wasn't on tren. I'm gonna have to see how all of this goes before I jump back on

Been there before. Good to see you recognize the sides. Roid rage is real.

@TideGear I love tren...but I can't run it. I can't keep the emotional side in check. NPP, with a good diet is great. Run npp at 450-500. The gains aren't as chiseled as tren gains, but size and strength gains are definitely better. I run test at 600 and have never had a issue with deca dick. Starting a npp cycle this week.

Do you have to run that much test with it? I prefer to keep my test as low as possible
I like to npp at 350 and test at 350. I find 1:1 ratios work best. Add in some anavar or winny if you want. You can bulk or cut on it

Which type of blood donation do you do to keep hematocrit in range? I guess I'm asking which type should I do and how often?

I think it’s recommended if you choose to do any AAS it’s best to donate. I go to a company called Biolife. They want the plasma

Whole blood or double (power) red. Plasma donation does nothing for HCT or RBC.
They take my blood but I think all they want is plasma out of it. I don’t get the blood back. One time they just took my proteins and water and gave it back. Make sure they don’t give it back

They have power red but they give you the blood back. Does that help for hemocrit or rbc?
The power red takes double the amount of RBC and replace with saline. The plasma donations I've seen remove the plasma from the blood and gives the blood back. I use United blood service or red cross.

Not true .Plasma donation does drop RBC, just not as much as a regular whole blood or the double donation. The thing with plasma is you can go every 10 days vs 56 days. So the end result might be equal, I cannot speak to that.

How does a plasma donation lower RBC? I tried to look it up real quick and couldn't find anything that supports that.

I would think any RBCs that are lost during plasmapheresis is very very minimal, and even with 5 donations it wouldn't come close to lowering RBCs as much as whole blood donation, let alone a double red donation.

What is plasmapheresis?
Plasmapheresis is a plasma donation process in which you only donate the straw-colored “liquid” portion of your blood, the plasma. A needle is placed in the vein of the donor’s arm, and the blood is collected utilizing a highly specialized medical device approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This automated instrument then separates the plasma from the bloods cellular portion (red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets) which are then returned to the donor through the same needle along with a saline solution to help the body replace the plasma removed from the blood.

No clue. Just going off what the girl that took my blood, I donated yesterday said. I believe she said it drops it 1%. Not sure what a whole blood donation does.

1% isn't much. Just you could go more often and some places pay for plasma. Almost like getting free gear!

Whole blood will normally drop me 3 to 5% and the one time I did dbl red it dropped from 56 to 48(hct).

Damn right I'm going to get paid if I have to sit there for 2 hours at a time. I did it in college for a bit for some extra cash. I'd never do it again. I wouldn't use it as a means to lower RBCs, even though it might lower it slightly.
