Puzzling crash issue

Small batch consisting of three 10ml vials, gear (stanolone 50mg/ml) from from first vial filled remained in solution, second and third crashed big time at 24h mark.

What went wrong?

I was thinking that I must of somehow got different gear % in the vials maybe from the mixture not being homogeneous, maybe larger yet different particles sunk to the bottom before I draw from the becker.
