Permission to take a video is one thing but unless the post video actionable events are specifically defined and permission is granted IN WRITING you are asking for civil liability out of this world and
even criminal charges if certain legal procedures are not complied with. .
And the liability ony increases if; the videos involve; nudity, explicit sex acts, participants are under the influence of any mind altering substance or YOU are profiting from their distribution, publication, or reproduction!
To that end it would certainly behoove you to ontain legal documentation all of those involved are at least 18 years of age.

I am also sure there can be liability even if the subject(s) don't have their faces showing in photos or videos.
I used to do some portrait photography and to cover myself I got model releases signed. In a few shots that don't show full face still I got a release.

I freaken lived that case down here. I've been listening to Bubba the love sponge since I was a young teenager. What a fucking mess that was. There was a guy named spice boy who worked for Bubba. He's the one who knew about the tape in Bubbas office and stole it. He then quit Bubba show went to a competing radio station. And then that's when this whole thing started. But now Spice boy,his wife ,the radio station he work for and another radio host at that radio station are all now also being sued by Hogan.

In such cases an identifying mark such as a tattoo is often the legal standard, but a release is always a great idea, knowing many of the gals are GIRLS.
Of course it's no coincidence many of these suits are only filed once the participants understand just how much money someone else is making off of their ignorance.

I got verbal confirmation but I’ll start getting paper aproval if I wanna post a pic. I get paper aproval before we have sex that they’re not under the use of substances.
