Hey guys just looking for some advice on what to start with, I’ve been off of juice for a while now but I still hit the gym about 4 days a week I’m trying to get back on some gear I already found a couple of sources so that’s not what I’m looking for just some advice on what I should start with I’m 5’11 and 240 pounds I’m looking to cut some fat off build more muscle and get toned.
