I still stand by what I was saying, the guy made some mistakes, albeit through some pretty shitty advice from reps he had.
To clear a few things up, North44, having a failing thread decided he would break into the rep game and 'help' TBK out. First by posting in this thread as North44 about amber vials. The incident heard around the world apparently. theSilence heard this and was intrigued, why would TBK have two handles, two threads, both going down the shitter? So North44 decided to create a new handle after reaching out to TBK about being a rep. For immediate payment might I add. He did what he thought was help out by basically making an ass out of himself, and making the thread look even worse than it already did. Not a hard task but accomplished none the less. He then decided to take the money and run, posting again as North44 in the TBK thread with the likeness of TBK, another incident heard around the world... Of course as a concerned community you all , we all saw this as suspicious and pounced, got him banned. Might I add, some of you participated in some rather cheeky contests - pretty funny if you ask me. But as I stated in several thread, I question everything, and believe nothing - So i started digging. Turns out North44 and the Rep were in fact one in the same. Tactics aside, which are not necessarily important.
So to handle the situations given in the thread.
1) Security problems (ExIf) - TBK posted a picture with ExIf Data intact, which gave an approximation of his location. Depending on cell signal quality, location of nearby towers, use of WiFi (Which it wasn't) and proximity to surrounding tall buildings, the GeoTagging is practically useless. Anyone can get this approximation by sending an order with payment pickup...
1.1) Security Problems (Email) - TBK deletes his emails once an order is confirmed landed. No questions, just delete. I believe there was an instance where he kept a few, but this is being addressed and will not happen again. Or I'm out. Also, posting an email address on the forum is not necessarily identifying anyone. The handle was not posted, and anyone can obtain email addresses easily. But - I have made note of it and if he does it again, I'm out. - It's still not cool.
1.2) Security Problems (Hacked Email) - This one is hard to explain. But logically speaking, if someone were able to successfully phis his account - Meaning they send a convincing email with a link to a credential prompt, and he put them in. Then he opened himself up to more than someone intercepting a transaction and scamming for payment. This means this person would have access to each and every thing sent to / from his address. Which means personal names / shipping information, and had the ability to impersonate him directly without saving mail in his sent / received box (POP / IMAP). To date, the incident heard around the world, was that someone sent a his customer an email saying the payment address changed, which is not necessarily an indication of compromise, but more on the side of the recipient who didn't pay attention to the senders address. Mind you, the account was used for several weeks beyond that incident, and not a single person received another email from the impersonated address... If memory serves, TBK handled it and sent him an order anyway. Could have been handled better, but lets face it. He has a temper.
2) Vials - I realize there were some incidents of floaters in the vials, albeit in amber vials - which I have already told him he needs to switch out. I don't know the full story, but it was unfortunate and should have been handled immediately. Whether they were refinements from a filter or crashed hormone, either way.
3) Testing Results - I saw the posts about the testing results and the questions about store credit. Again, this could have been handled better and addressed immediately. Seems there was some confusion on exactly what was to be compensated, individual samples, or the entire order. Not to mention the business affiliation of the guy - which doesn't really matter at this point. I believe the situation was eventually handled. TBK will clarify in the main post what the policy is on testing results to clear the confusion.
I understand my involvement brings questions, and it is completely understandable, so if you want something cleared up. Ask me.
We are all adults here, and while the issues mentioned above are to be addressed in a more professional and well mannered way, there may be times when someone doesn't get what they want. Let me know what that is and I will do my best to handle it.
I'm not here to make money, or get free shit. I could seriously care less. If I see something that is questionable beyond my moral character or doesn't fit within my expectation of how TBK handles himself going forward, I will not help him to recover. I'm treating this as a one time deal with no recovery or redemption. If you have questions, concerns, complaints, see something questionable, let me know. I will do what I can to handle it.
The 'Source Bashers' or haters, i could care less what you have to say. I'm not here to make friends. Put in orders, or not. Doesn't matter to me. TBK will handle himself professionally going forward, that's all that matters.
