My first experience

Hello all. I'm fairly new here. I've been reading and researching for months. I recently signed up for this forum and others.

I'm 40 and have been lifting on and off for years. I was always discouraged because I never saw any gaines. So I would quit and then start again and so on. I used numerous supplements but never got any where. I then had my Test tested and basically found out I was running on fumes.

So I started TRT and finally started noticing improvements. I've been lifting regularly for almost a year. I've seen gaines but it's been slow. Now I realize there is going to be some guys that say I shouldn't start any gear this soon. First I want to say I don't expect to take a pill and magically explode. I realize I still have to put in hard work and be dedicated I think of gear as a tool to assist me.

With that said I recently started my first cycle. I bumped up my Test c and introduced Dbol and an AI.
Monday I'm doing 400mg of test
Thursday 350 of test
Dbol 50mg per day
.5 mg of AI

I feel f'n amazing. I mean absolutely incredible. All I want to do is work out. I'm forcing myself to take a rest day today. My mood is good, my energy level is through the roof. The only side I have noticed is shin splints and I piss all the time. My arms and shoulders have blown up in less than a week. I'm excited what my progress will look like after I'm done.

As long as i have no issues I plan on running this for 8 weeks. My pct will just be trt at the normal level. I've read mixed reviews on liver support so my jury is still out. I may do it as a just in case.

Any thoughts are welcome. Just to be clear I'm not using gear as a method of avoiding hard work. I'm not in my 20s or 30s and time isn't on my side. I'm doing this cycle as a jump start. After it's over I'll continue working out. I haven't decided if I'll run another cycle in the future. If I do it would be later so my body has time to repair it's self.

Do you bleed scarlet and gray?

That is a whole lot of test for a first cycle. If i were you I would cut it to 500 split into two shots per week

Idk. Just basing it off others. Why is that too much?

You’re just getting used to 200mg weekly on your TRT, 750mg is a different animal. In my opinion you’d be wise to drop the Dbol for your first blast as well my man. Start small and save multiple compounds for future blasts. One step at a time.

You need to get a handle on adjusting your e2 as you adjust dosages and add compounds. Get your blood tested every 4-6 weeks until you get it down. Don’t guess. Everyone worries about gyno but also your gains will not be as good if your e2 is not dialed in.

Testosterone level rising is an amazing feeling yes, but you need to get used to the come down. Now since you’ll be B&Cing, your T is not in danger of getting low. But I promise you, there is a very real comedown associated with your test lowering. So let’s say your T rises to 2500 @ 500mg/week. Coming back down to 800 from 2500 can suck the first few times. Depression, anxiety, lethargy, stress, etc. are all possible and can adversely affect your life and your hard earned gains!

Ok. Thanks for the input. It's very much appreciated. I have been on TRT for a year. I noticed a great feeling when I first started it. But it eventually went away. Uping my dose gave me that new feeling again. I'll reduce it down and see what happens. I do get my blood done every 3 months.

@Buckeye

Great advice given here brother. Keep your doses low and stay healthy. Remember you feel like your 21 but your body is still 40. Train smart. Warming up before hitting it hard is a must to stay healthy. You have plenty of time so dont rush things. Have fun bro.

Ain't that the truth! Hobbling around as we speak because it was getting late the other night, so i jumped right into my heavy sets of bent rows without warming up.

Lesson learned the hard way!

It’s a little bit high.

Some like it there but most will find that the sides(acne, baldness, estrogen, blood pressure) are drastically increased when you go over 500 and in return you don’t really get much added benefit in the way of gains.

With "My first experience" as the title, I thought it would start..." Dear diary, I was sitting next to Jimmy in the bleachers when he put his hand up my skirt and fingered my wetness". Im disappointed to say the least.
