This is without a doubt the most interesting thread on MESO from a coaching/development stand point that I've ever seen. I'll definitely be keeping up with this one.

You've got solid genuine guys working on your programming so as long as you do your part you should definitely be able to get where you want to be physique wise. Good luck.
thank you sir and i’m very humbled for your words about my log and place here at meso. i am following mands and pus instructions to the tee and will be giving it my absolute. ill be updating photos often so definitely stick around.
 
I reapect that. Quantities and frequency don’t mean much to me at this point as I still don’t really understand any of it yet. I’m just happy to learn about different training methods and nutrition.

Mainly was curious on type of aas for this particular trainee.
i’m excited to be trying these compounds and seeing where everything goes and the real method to the madness lol.

What are your goals?
Do you want to look really jacked?
Do you want your face to look manly? i.e. beard, mustache, thinning hair?
no worries buddy i understand it’s sometimes not clear with all the subgenres nowadays.

my goal is the the same as most of us, to lift heavy ass weight and have a musclar, low fat, well defined body.

my face has masculinized incredibly already, im sure it will continue as i age. my facial hair is growing slowly, still at the young male stage. rocking that amish chin strap look currently.

i certainly do not want thinning hair lol, but hey if it happens it happens. i don’t have MPB in my genes so i don’t think it will anytime soon.

i think it would be an unrealistic goal to post a photo of somebody else that i would want to look like.

that’s like taking singing lessons and telling the teacher “i want to sound just like robert plant”

simply put, my goal is to put on some serious mass.

Nothing wrong with having distant goals
in fact, I believe kids should have more goals and role models.

Personally I always wanted to look like an Early Paul Dillett

Broad shoulders yet a relatively slim waist.
Dillett's waist then began to grow, probably because of GH but also because he was growing older.

you can delete your face if you feel uncomfortable.

Pretty much every muscle flexing pic looks better in black and white.
 
day three complete:
diet and training have been perfect, no issues with anything. no cravings or hunger, plently of food actually considering i’m in deficit. mentally feeling so strong and goal oriented. my lifts have been strong as well, even for working out first thing in the A.M.

here’s just a little food porn. i highly recommend this dressing if you italian dressing. and no i’m not a shill for them lol.

will post progress photos weekly. stay tuned

I'll try this! No fat and virtually zero carbs? Hmm, this would be good on my "low fat" days!
