Looking for cycle input / posing critique

Looking forward to it ! Practice posing daily

If you can have a friend call out the poses to you just as a judge would, make you hold them for 15sec each, you'll find out its fucking brutal You get halfway thru, you're dying, realize you're not hitting your legs

Whatever you think is long enough, practice an extra 5 seconds. Never know what the judges will have you do

Lookin' good man. For your proportions, nothing looks too out of whack. Legs, Chest and biceps could come up a bit but that'd probably be a long term goal. I'd look into the Yates row because your lower/midback could use a little work but overall, good. Good luck man.

Here’s my routine for when I make it to finals currently 7 weeks out what do you think ? I know my form in certain poses needs to be adjusted to emphasize on width from my side and back angles but none the less this is what I’ve choreographed without any help or coaching 100% self taught and YouTube lol couldn’t upload but you can check it on my Instagram @ buildthebody_fitness

Front poses, make sure you're trying to spread the floor apart to bring out the definition in your quads

Side chest, relax the front hamstring and shove your other leg into, sit down more into the post

Rear poses, engage your hams by pretending to "rip the carpet out from under you", squeeze your glutes and bring your hips forward. Judged do not like relaxed glutes or your butt sticking out

What's your nutrition and supplement protocol right now? Cardio/hiit?

I was under the impression that test is to be dropped last, plus I ran out of it lol but that’s why I’m posting here so I can learn from everyone , other than the gear how do you think I’m leaning out ?

Test is usually cut early as you start getting more aggressive with your anti e. Are you doing Arimidex right now? 1mg Ed? Or have you started Letro?

From an honest stand point you're behind schedule, I don't mean to be rude or offensive. Do you have clen and t3? You're looking about 8-10wks out at the moment.

Whats your whole drug protocol right now, and how does cardio look? I'd push damn hard at this point man. Can you get in fasted cardio and/or post workout?

@fodsod would be invaluable to listen to right now if he has any input

Appreciate the honestly ! I take arimodex .5 ed I took clen already and can get more and I’m not gonna try t3 or anything that effect my thyroid just doesn’t sit well with me tbh. My whole gym session is cardio and I do 20 mins steady state after training 6x week every body part 2x a week, in between sets while I’m supposed to be “resting” I jog in place but more like jump rope without the rope

I also work 10 hour day’s doings carpetnry , framing flooring roofs the company I work for is super faced paced and I burn a lot at work usually kill a gallon before 3pm

Well at 29 days out I’d suggest to just continue doing what you’re doing and come in looking however you’re current protocol is going to produce. You could throw some Clen back in for the next 2-3 weeks but that’s about it.

Everything else would be a balls to the wall Hail Mary that would probably have you looking worse then if you just keep doing the current program.

You definitely have your PED prep protocol out of order. An good prep PED set up can be pretty extensive and should be catered to the individual’s needs across several categories.

Test (cyp or enth) are swapped any where between 8-12 weeks out for test prop. It really depends on the individual. Sust can be run all the way to week 6 if the dose is moderate and since it has prop in it already the transition from that to straight prop is seamless.

Orals should be used the last 4 weeks. 6 weeks tops all the way to the show. Using them prior to that is a waste and hard on your body.

FYI, prolactin is easily controlled by keeping E2 on the lower range until the time to drastically suppress it comes. If you’re super sensitive to it then a 1/2 tab of Dostinex twice a week will handle it. Tren really is the game changer in prep so it needs to be in there all the way to the show.

The last 30 days before a show under a basic protocol can/should be Tren, Mast, Winstrol, anavar, Test Prop or water base, GH and what ever fat burners you’re running (T3, Clen, Albuterol, ECA).

The test prop stops 2 weeks out as does the GH. Then it’s just Tren, Mast and the orals.

There’s a lot more to it than that but that’s a basic set up. Good luck man. There are no mistakes if you learn something from it.

You look pretty conditioned from the photos, kinda hard to see detail.

What did stage weight end up being?

Great job nonetheless bro.
