Just curious, why does it need to be filtered

For the small cost of a sterile watman 0.20 micron filter, the greatly increased assurance it is all sterile and safe is well worth it.

I know nothing in life is perfect and shit can still happen, but a sterile 0.20 micron filter (unless it is defective) should guarantee sterility.

Even if its rare/unlikely, I just would not want to risk an infection or abscess. I think a filter can be purchased for about $8 and a big 60mL syringe for $1.

Maybe someone should just start selling 10-30ml bottles of bacwater.

A few sources do. It's just not very profitable unless you are selling huge quantities especially when filtering.

I don't bother with a filter for distilled water when making bac h2o. If you have a filter on hand its not going to hurt to filter it but considering most of the questionable products I'm mixing with it I just don't bother. I like to live on the wild side.

I see a lot of people using tap water can I use that if am living in the uk instead of distilled water. and if tapwater is a bad idea can I just boil the water in the kettle? I have never seen distilled water in any of the shops here. Our tap water is very clean and is drinkable.

Don't know the science answer but I would says no. Tap water would still contain microbes, minerals, and stuff. The best thing would be buy a cheap distiller online or reverse osmosis as a very different second.

What do most people Prefer for timing. I am taking 3IU daily
1.5IU upon waking and 1.5Iu before bed should be good right? or think I could just do 3IU upon waking with the same effect just 1less pin.

No clue about the dosing but it seems your popular two day shipping site in the UK sells distilled water from 250ml to 5L for $15

Distilled water is like distilled alcohol. Its boiled and the water vapor/steam is condensed by rapidly cooling it. This leaves a pure/mineral free water. Tap water is usually chlorinated and sometimes flourinated along with whatever other minerals are in the groundwater.

If using distilled water I would recommend filtering it if possible. Those bottling plants don't have to keep the same cleanliness standards as a pharmaceutical company.

Thanks for the response. I went to my pharmacy and got some more needles and sterile water anyway it’s free in the uk. And just added my BA . The only thing I can’t understand with all this is how with when brewing AAS we sterilise the vials and always filter it and keep everything as sterile as possible

And I know it’s sterile water and just Ba so no filter needed for the substances but am thinking of the dust particales that get in it while mixing it and putting it into vials. That shit worry’s me. As when brewing AAs I be as sterile as possible full body suit face mask taping up around the door and window for air flow. Just seems the bac water seems so chilled but shouldn’t it be the same protocols since both are being injected into the body. Is it a different between IM injecting and into fat injections?.

No different than brewing AAs. I take the same precautions and follow the exact same sterilization procedures when making Bac water or brewing Test. I think it was more for the guys using the sealed pre-sterilized vials so those steps were omitted.

On the topic of Hospira bac water. I bought 4 cases of the 25 pack. I should probably rephrase that. I paid for 4 cases but still waiting for it to ship. It's been almost a month now so I email them asking what's going on with my order. Now they decide to tell me it's on a few month backorder. That's some bullshit.

Shelf life,SC is okays for a few hours. BW has the stuff in it to make safe for weeks.

This is false, the sodium chloride version has the .9% BA, and it also has .9% sodium chloride. Right on the vial it says bacteriostatic sodium chloride. If anything it has a longer shelf life. That’s what comes with my hCG as well, and according to the pharmacy it’s good for 30 days. According to the doctor it’s good for several months. I think you’re thinking of sterile water for injection, that only has a very short shelflife.

Regarding the shortage, what a major fucking pain in the ass. I’m almost out and I just realize this myself. And are guys homebrewing bacteriostatic water just because of the shortage or do they do this anyway? Seems like a whole lot of effort for very usually cheap product aside from the shortage. I get home brewing ass, although I don’t even do that, but the effort involved with doing the bacteriostatic water seems more than it’s worth. Plus I could Fuck it up and give myself sepsis just not worth it in my opinion. Although if the shortage continues I don’t know what else to do, also as someone mentioned their asking for a prescription now for this item. Fucking unbelievable

Check my posts in this thread, I posted a place from Canada with it in stock. Its 9 dollars per vial but they charge you in Canadian currency. For me 2 30ml vials was under 30 dollars shipped. It was 29.15 and shipping was 18 dollars. If you need it, I dont think you will find a better deal right now.

It is correct. sodium chloride is sodium chloride, that's it. nothing about it is a preservative or prevents bacteria from growing. BA is what makes something bacteriostatic. So if you have sodium chloride it's because there is sodium chloride in the water. if you have bacteriostatic sodium chloride it's because the SC has BA in it as well, they are independent and have nothing to do with each other. So if the person has SC that came with the HCG and it mentions nothing about BA or bacteriostatic then it's not bacteriostatic and it does not have the shelf life of bacteriostatic water.

There may well be different kinds of sodium chloride water for injection, the kind that comes with my hCG is bacteriostatic water. I’d imagine that’s what the other poster was referring to, I don’t think they would send something fragile like hCG with regular water. May not last longer but it definitely lasts as long

They do send hcg and hgh with sterile water or plain SC. that's why people are looking for bac water and why this thread exists.
