Glad to hear it, means I’m on the right track. Unfamiliar with NPP and other similar compounds. They seem to be popular and work well. How much would you have to have under your belt before thinking adding it to your stack?

After you do the standard issue test only. Then you can add a compound on each new cycle. I’d say that will create an opportunity and give time under your belt. While we are it, study time under tension[emoji4]

Dude, I had to have hemmerhoid surgery and I'm positive heavy deadlift over the years was the culprit. Worst pain of my damn life recovering from that shit!!! I still occasionally do them but not out to set any records anymore, usually it's hypers instead now with bodyweight. You're a big dude, you won't lose anything

Yep, exactly!!!! There are even many top pros who don't focus on this movement as a staple movement or even at all. Buddy of mine is fucking huge but for some reason his height and proportions never allowed him to deadlift without issues from them almost every damn time, so he NEVER does them and he's a beast
 
How's your back today @TorroXL? Hope the injury is not a serious one but back injuries do plain suck as it impacts everything you do in the gym.

Kid behind me don’t know what to think. My body is exploding with growth again. These dead’s are getting easier.

Currently running 900 test.
Will add mast n deca tomorrow. Both at 600. Really got some momentum going again and I don’t wanna pump the breaks for a second while I’m gaining like this.
