Yep, exactly!!!! There are even many top pros who don't focus on this movement as a staple movement or even at all. Buddy of mine is fucking huge but for some reason his height and proportions never allowed him to deadlift without issues from them almost every damn time, so he NEVER does them and he's a beastAnd I’m gonna keep growing. My body is responding very well to the gear and my muscle maturity is at it pinnacle. I’m gonna go 16 more weeks.
