Vacuum filter setup which bottle ?

Are these ones ok to use ? Quantities of 100 ml with hand pump ? I’ve heard glass media bottles for the bottom but do they connect to nalgene ?

Check the size of the top of the glass bottles, if I remember it’s 45mm and then check the filter if both are 45 then they will work together

He nailed it, I would recommend at least a 250mL bottle top if you plan on doing 100mL at a time. Don't want to fill it to the brim.

Syringe filters work fine for personal use.

For anything larger, choose Whatman Polycaps and skip Zapcaps
they are much more reliable and leakproof, and can be run with positive pressure at the top
so you can use a bicycle tire pump instead of a vacuum pump.
