Alright boys and girls, so I had posted some stuff at the start of the year but due to life and what not i was unable to do what I had planned. I won't be discussing a cycle or anything on here (PM me if you want details), but I am a lifetime natty and will be transitioning within the next few weeks (maybe a month).

Currently getting back into lifting heavy. Had a 4 month life-transition that threw me off for awhile but am back on a structured program, (i have personalized programming from an old friend), and am excited about sharing.

Current stats are 5'11/6', 245 BF% way too high. Cutting down slowly as I get back into it. Will probably stick with 220-225 and then decide if I want to lift 94 or 105kg.

Best lifts to date are 385 Bench, 475 squat, 555 deadlift. I have a ton of videos, but not sure if its smart to post videos (hard to blur out face in video).

Will post up my exercises each training day (today is an off day).

Let me know if you guys have any questions or comments, excited for the log.

And as far as why i've decided to transition over, I just REALLY want to get stronger, and i mean REALLY strong lol. Gains are few and far between, i have some room to grow naturally in squat and deadlift, but id say my bench has maybe 30 pounds left.

What's your training look like? Great natty numbers. If your first cycle goes well you may put 50lbs on each one.

First week of my block is
Day1: 3x3 DL @80% followed by 3x3@65% "speed pulls".
Day 2: Bench 8@60,6@70,4@80,2@85,5@60
Day3: Squat 5@50,5@60,3@70,3@75,1@80,1@85,1@90
Day5: Squat
5@60,3@70,5@65,3@75, 5@70,3@80

Day 4 consists of a bunch of accessory movements and each day itself has a variety of different accessory movements. I just wrote down the compound movements for the first week.

Most likely going to throw i some bench on Day 4 moving forward.

585 deadlift and 385 bench from this week.

Hitched the last inch of the deadlift but im happy with it. Hookgripped 560 the night before, but had no chalk the next day for the 585 so had to strap up. Grip isnt a limiting factor for me so didnt bother me much.

385 felt really strong.
