I've been using and competing for 12 years now, and over the years my blood sugars have gone to shit. I suspect it's partially genetics, partially slin use, partially all the GH, and partially all the carbs i pounded to put on my size originally.
So my biggest challenge the past few years is keeping my blood sugars down without relying on exo insulin. I've had minor success with low dose DNP, berberine/metformin, keto diet (which i utilize most days), but the biggest thing to bring my sugars down and re-sensitize has been IGF-1 LR3. Hands down.
I had tried a few peptide/chem research companies igf-1 lr3 but it always seemed way under dosed or the feeling i got was more so that of GHRH or insulin itself. I finally researched online and read up enough to where i saw 'xpeptides' sold igf-1 lr3 that had tested really well (by jano which i know doesn't hold much weight on this board with you guys which i get but it still gave me some peace of mind and i do trust jano enough that it sold me on it)
so in a last ditch effort before agreeing to buy real increlix from my buddy (for $3000 dollars no less, lol). i bought a few vials of this places igf-1 lr3 and started running it at 40mcg... pumps like i couldn't believe, and i don't know why but my skin had that thinskin (read: dickskin) look to it and i quickly both dropped fat, stayed pumped 24/7, but more importantly i could FEEL my body was partitioning shit and moving it again. my blood sugars literally went from 110 resting in the AM fasted to after 4 weeks on it i was down to 87 resting in the AM. Mind you I have been competing for quite some time and stay around 7-9% BF year round so any changes are especially noticeable for me as opposed to someone not quite as lean or as in tune with their body.
I have a feeling most guys who said they don't like igf-1 lr3 either used cheap bunk shit which most of it is in my experience and just haven't bought the good stuff, or they were not lean enough to really see just how powerful it is - or they already partition things so favorably with low blood glucose naturally so they didn't get as much from it. For me it has been a total game changer. I literally put this up there with tren as my favorite thing of all time. Not trying to schill and i don't work for xpeptides (or rep any company for anything in the fitness realm), but i really think if guys used real quality igf-1 lr3 they'd be believers, too.
(i am on it again right now while finishing up prep 8 weeks out from a big show)
