Would I be 'wasting' MK 677 by a single dosage per day instead of multiple dosing?

So I know about drugs and half lives, and that it's always better to have a stable blood level rather than peaks and valleys....

Now my issue is with MK 677. I am going to start dosing either 37.5 or 50 mg for my current cycle, only done 25 prior.

So my question now is, since MK has a half life of 4-8 hours, would it be a waste if I took all 50 of it at night prior to bedtime?

Or would I be losing out on most of it's benefits if I did so?

The only reason I don't want to use MK throughout the day right now is because I am at the start of my bulk, generally I have a small appetite, but MK even at 25 mgs during the day gives me ravenous hunger, which I don't need this early in the cycle.

I prefer the night dosing only because since I fall asleep I lose out on the hunger signals.

BUT, if I am losing out on most of it's benefits then I'm just going to have to suck it up and spread it throughout the day and just make the food I eat as healthy as possible.
 
Best moment for MK is empty stomach,so one single dosing early morning. Then wait at least another hour or two before eat.

I guess this kinda answer my whole question then, I can get away with single, night time dosing.

I have researched mk has a 24hr half life. I dose mine at 25mg before bed. It works great for me.
