Store bought oil works fine
you're going to filter it later so that removes bacteria
best if you can find certified organic oil.

Only certified USP grade oil is better than that
but only if you can buy it from a reputable pharma supplier.

Most Amazon/Ebay oil is actually industrial grade
worse than food grade.
