Post cycle fat loss help

I need some help guys deciding on a plan. I was on a 16 week blast that ended about 7-8 weeks ago. I’m not fat just always carry my extra weight around the waist. Right now I’m probably sitting around 195 15-18 percent BF. Definitely slacked off the past few weeks. I blame cool weather and football. I’m going away in about 7 weeks and just want to slim down a little. Besides dieting I was going to do a GVT workout modified slightly by adding in a deadlift day and cardio. I’m trt right now and plan on cycling again when I come back from vacation. My question is should I just throw in a OTC fat burner and if so any recommendations or should I just start a blast again. I’m not against it but I would have been on for 16 off for 8 then back on again for 16. Seems a little much for someone who just wants to be a little bigger and better looking than other 40 year olds and not competing. I have most basic compounds and orals. Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated. I haven’t decided on what my blast will be so if I start now I’m not sure how that would affect my total cycle.
 
I can’t find anything on it and would love for someone knowledgeable to chime in - does oral albuterol case test shut down? My thought is that it doesn’t.

@Thegreek, if it doesn’t, I would consider some “dragon’s blood” from Stanny (if you’re in with him) right before some fasted cardio as well as running oral albuterol during the day.
 
There's always bronkaid or primatean (prolly spelled wrong)there otc an have ephedrine it kills my hunger an boost my energy don't think it affects test levels either

Diet man. Throw a bit of cardio in if you can. Your on trt the dieting wont affect you as bad as someone who it natural, should keep most of your muscle. I for one dont cut fat well if I'm on a bunch of hormones, I end up wanting to train hard and heavy and end up eating too much

May I ask why you are using albuterol if your diet is shit? Or what results you expect taking albuterol with a poor diet?

Stop eating breakfast and eat dinner earlier. This allows you to have a 16 hour fasted window... Intermittent fasting along with ephedrine and caffeine produces some marvelous fat loss effects without muscle loss assuming you're on testosterone replacement.

Or step it up from there and do the same intermittent fasting along with Tren and HGH. I usually Reserve this for my summer cycle though as it's mentally taxing but man do you look great at the pool.
 
Don’t have a source for it and with only 6 weeks would it even do anything. I’m am not well versed in that area at all.

Also I’m in a similar boat as you but have more time than you’re asking.

I’ve dropped considerable (fat) weight in 60days before doing palumbos keto diet and (ECA.)
Pretty much the same macros he gave Evan and others.

I don’t believe it is a good long term diet worse but it’s great for blasting fat, at least for me.

I’m doing it again now to try to clean up.

Also I was looking into what Arnold and those guys ate back in the 70s Ric Drasin has a video on YouTube talking about it and in a nutshell high protein moderate fats low (indirect) carbs.

Just some food for thought.
 
Keto for the win! Time restricted feeding as suggested before. Eat all your calories within a 4-8hr window. Whatever time best suits your lifestyle. If you like the classics (and you should) check out the Iron Guru, Vince Gironda. Steak and eggs!
 
Goodluck doing that window shit.(with keto and moderate to higher kcals.)

If you are a regular joe with a semi busy lifestyle the shit won’t work with high fats, unless your calories are really low.

It becomes force feeding as their really isn’t an real appetite. Fats are dense and keep you feeling full.

I guess it might work if you’re pounding down oils and heavy whipping cream in shakes.
(The only way I could imagine bulking on high fats.)

2600 calories and I struggle to stick to it because I am never hungry.
I did 2300 kcals too same deal never hungry.
I know by the end of that summer it wasn’t nowhere near 2300 because I was never hungry. Ever. (I even quit taking ECA)

I salute those with that immaculate willpower to eat eat eat on keto ...
 
You're right, it is easier to not eat than to over eat on keto. But this is post cycle, not a bulking phase. Nothing preserves muscle mass like keto.
There's also the Eat stop Eat option ala Brad Pilon. Eat to your maintenance every day. Just don't eat for 24hrs one day a week. Eat dinner then don't eat until dinner the next night.
 
Then if you skip a meal you’d likely have to add those kcals across all the other meals for the week.

You only can have so much of deficit.

I’m not arguing against it because essentially I was suggesting a similar diet in my post.

I just believe it isn’t a great diet for the long term.
I’ve done them many times.
I like it to fix my insulin sensitivity personally when I mess up and shove too much sugar in my face.

Everyone is different and I was just adding info about my experiences.

I forgot to mention the mental aspects of going flat feeling small and being weak the first few weeks or month lol

I usually “blow up” after when I add carbs back into the diet and strength shoots up immediately.

Getting to the point why I believe it is just a tool in the arsenal especially for situations such as what was presented.

Mind you I put on fat just looking at carbs but not enough carbs = not very strong.
