It most definitely does not. The term is used to loosely. Mostly by fat chicks who want so bad to be considered "thick". There is a fine line there. It gets crossed all the time due to perspectives. But no, I wouldn't use thick, more than likely would have reverted to imature way and said, "Damnnnn shorty you is fine as fuck." Also the streets never left me. Even tho I left them.
