I’m at 8% almost year round. I don’t think I’ve ever been over 12 or so in my entire life.

Actually the highest bodyfat I’ve had in the last 5 years is 10.5 which is the period I dropped the AI. For 5 years, every 3 months, I get my bodyfat and labs done.
