Why the aversion of tren for bulking

I have recently become aware that most, if not all coaches out there, do not prescribe tren cycles for off season mass gain, and I would like to know, from those that have worked/work with coaches or as coaches why that is.

I understand that there are a lot of people that cannot handle the side effects of the drug, but aside from that and from the fact that you should not run it for more than 10 weeks, if you tolerate it well, is there any reason to not use it on a mass gaining phase?
 
Some find it hard to gain weight on tren, especially higher doses. Tren is great for cutting or recomping. A lot of guys find it easier to gain size with other compounds like nandrolone, trestolone, or high test.

There's nothing wrong with trying it out to see how it affects you on a bulk.

I have pretty much built my physique on the stuff, but you are right, I find it very hard to gain on it after a certain point.
 
For me, tren is hard on the appetite .
I thought so too. But at the same time I think it was just that I couldn't out eat it. And ended up shredded. I'm never gonna try to bulk on Tren again. I'd rather take EQ and NPP.

I remember using deca almost 2 years ago, 500 mg test pharma grade and 400 mg deca.

It was so easy to eat, I ate mountains of rice with ease, was always hungry even 200 grams of oats per shake. I got to eat 600 grams of oats a day, not that it was a smart thing to do, but I was able to power it down with little problem.

Nowadays with tren it’s hard to get 5 k Cals down. Even if I were to eat breakfast cereal, which I loved and sometimes ate a box of post workout before, now I just don’t feel like it .

You can run tren for bulking, just like you can run dbol for a cut. It's not necessarily the MOST effective stack, but it can be done. Tren is mostly avoided during a mass gaining phase due to it's negative GI effects as well as other sides.... In general, the healthier you are in a mass gaining phase, the higher quality the results are. This is why oftentimes orals are avoided in an off season, as well.

What would be an example of the most effective stack?
 
It all depends on the sides. Anything that inhibits apetite, digestion, and sleep isn’t great for a mass gain phase. Not great for any physique goal really, but the tradeoff makes more sense when you aren’t dying to push cals. If Tren doesn’t impact these things, run it.

Just don’t let your love/frequent use of it get in the way of seeing that it might not be ideal for YOU to gain appreciable mass.
 
You might find it better suited as an add-on than a primary mover in a cycle.

IE Add 350 tren for the last 6 weeks once your apetite is already revved and you need to push a plateau late in a cycle. Same concept for an oral.

I toyed with this idea briefly but I want to run test/tren/mast late Spring through summer. Trying to limit tren use during the year so will do winny or something instead.

3. Dont Run it high!!! Tren will burn up your calories quick. I like 200-300 mg a week that's it!
4. EAT EAT EAT! You need to feed the monster!

1 and 2 here aren’t compatible. 6wk
Runs only matter on Ace.
 
Sure running it longer can be beneficial but we are using tren to nitro charge the cycle. 8 would be optimal but not necessary also keep sides in mind. 6 would be min. Remember we are not relying on tren as a main compound only as a push. Kind of like putting steroids on steroids
