The shake for breakfast ? Yes. I eat 3 real meals, some inbetween snacks and another shake a few hours before bed. This DHB has got me hungry as hell though. My diet is about out the window. Im stealing candy from my kids lol

I couldn’t do it for breakfast. I need some real food to get me going. I have thought about getting some protein powder and making some shakes for my 2nd breakfast and after work before dinner.

Yep two different shakes. The breakfast shake is some Redcon MRE with egg whites and yogurt. The before bed shake is glorious. Chocolate milk(fairlife) huge scoop of peanut butter, egg whites and a scoop of vanilla yogurt.

Oh and inbetween all of the food I drink a white monster. Holy shit I’m addicted now.
