Yeah this girl I've been talking to at the gym, she's fit but deff not muscular as I'd prefer.

It was wild rice, steamed veg then stir fried. With like salt and pepper. I feel bad because I asked her out and she said "let me cook for you after we work out!" She just doesnt understand, I should have just eaten it.

You could have just said sounds good but I need meat/poultry can you bake some chicken and if you do I’ll give you the best tengrams of your life.
 
It always worries me. Sleep issues and temper issues kept me from trying Tren.
My Gym has special needs people that help clean the machines. One of the kids is mean as a damn wolverine, he yelled at me this morning and my blood was boiling. Took all I had not to go off. I would have been totally justified but damn who wants to get into it with a special needs kid.
I didn’t know @TitaniumGear (TGI) cleaned your gym as a part time job.
 
This technique is usually used with very powerful orals like superdrol and anadrol to help counter the lethargy and backpumps.
Not so much for liver values. IMO this is not needed for var and yes you will be selling yourself short with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

How long would you run a two week on two week off oral/Injectable cycle ? Or am I reading this wrong ?

Well I sure running any type of powerful steroid like this would prove successful. That’s a given! It’s not going to be as effective as a regular dosing protocol. Again goal specific.
 
IMO ONe of the most underrated parts of working out. The older I get the more I need to warm up. I see guys all the time come in and literally start with 50-60% of there max whatever there doing. Then here I am with 5lb dumbbells warming and stretching. Them slowly move up. It’s really helped me a lot. I believe that’s one reason why my shoulders are shit. That and heavy weight for years.

It’s hard to maintain heavy imo. Haven’t put up anything over 315 in 2 months since I hit 485 flat. Yesterday wanted to see where I was at and hit 455. I was pleased with that. Next blast I’m gonna hit 505, 225X50 and 315X20 and 405X10...then that’s it for life for heavy shit.
YeI know... I try to. Fucked up this time not warming up.. my work schedule is pretty fucked up so too often I'm trying to get a good workout in not a good amount of time. I guess I could rep out more and TUT workouts... Just wasn't always my thing. Liked power lifting always, but I feel it more now.... More issues that I didn't feel even 5 years ago..

That’s the best story ever hahaha. If you would have eaten it, then she would cook for you like some sort of vegan all the time.

Just tell her your “sorry” (I think that’s what it is). Then explain how you will let her try again
