Been doing bro split this blast. One muscle group each day, 5 on 2 off. I like push, pull, legs but usually just do that split on my cruise to switch shit up...

Did Back/BIs and some abs. Abs cramped up so bad i was stuck in the machine for a good two minutes.

Gotta wait for more tren. Gonna reset and cruise till tax time. Then my blood will be nothing but tren , mast, and trend.

I mean I shouldn't say DONT... Some ppl are fine on it... No good for me.. I sweat a ton as it is.. just naturally.. so clen doesn't help.. makes it gross... just sweating doing hardly anything at all...not just working out... worse cramps ever and I've tried everything to remedy that.

Ok so anyways. I’ve heard run clen

20, 40, 60, 80, 100 , 120, then taper down same way. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

Just heard that 10-20-30-40-50 then 3 days off is safer and can be ran year round

I tapered up the first way but ran it for almost a month. No issues with it really. I had to take the same dose for 3 days to get used to it, noticeably shakey the day I went up 20mcg was really it.

It's weird though. I think I went up 40mcg one day and was shakey as shit all morning working with my dad. We were putting cabenits back together and somehow as shakey as I was I didn't have a problem with those small ass screws.
