It’s possible that you’re engaging the muscle: I’ve had oil leak out a few times, like less than 10x. When I’ve made sure the muscle was relaxed I never had oil leak out. Easiest to do in the quad, followed by glutes or anywhere else in the leg area. Z track will help but make sure everything is relaxed. Even when it did leak it looked like a lot but I think at most ~.1ml. If you still can’t keep it from leaking do the air lock method, that way anything that leaks out would have been wasted anyway.
