Been reading books on how to boost testosterone by dietary means.
Apparently eggs and milk are good as testosterone production requires zinc, cholesterol and protein, which eggs are high in. Also calcium and vitamin d are needed and milk is high in that.
The old time bodybuilders loved eggs and milk, although it has kind of faded from practise with all these new whey proteins out there. Personally, I always prefer natural products, rather than getting nutrition from out of cans and packets.
Minerals such as boron, magnesium are good and you can get these from most nuts
Certain vegetables such as brocolli, cabbage, kale contain indosine which helps test production.
Olive oil and butter are good. Been reading about making butter coffee which is coffee with a knob of butter mixed into it. Caffeine is supposed to assist test production, also butter provides good fats.
After reading all of these books i am trying to find out if this actually makes enough of an effect to assist bodybuilding gains. Do have an opinion, have you tried anything like this and have thoughts to share.
